As of this posting, call control for inbound and outbound traffic has been stabilized, for all hosted servers. Engineers will continue to monitor this traffic to ensure we maintain stability and scalability as all calling services return to regular operating volume.
During this time, any configuration changes made in the account portal will be delayed, or may fail to take effect.
Additionally, BLF and Call Park features are disabled, so be aware that these functions are not working.
Customers experiencing either of the above issues should keep in mind that these are known limitations while we monitor the recovery of call processing services.
Another announcement will be released when portal processing is restored to real-time, and again when the BLF and Call Park features are enabled.
