PCS VoIP Service Update Oct. 19, 2017 (5:30pm CDT)

Between 11:05am - 11:25am CDT this morning, a limited service disruption was identified, which impacted some PCS VoIP customer accounts. Engineers were able to identify the affected accounts and service was restored quickly.


System-wide monitoring of call services continues to reflect consistent stability of call processing. If you experience problems with making or receiving calls, please submit a help ticket by sending an email to support@pcsusa.com or by clicking "Submit a request" at the top of this page.


BLF and Call Park features remain disabled, please remember that we are aware that these functions are not working.
