Some PCS customers utilizing Spectrum (Time Warner/Charter) as their internet service provider may be experiencing calling issues.
PCS engineers have identified an issue where Spectrum cable and fiber service is not correctly passing SIP messaging to our hosted servers as expected. PCS VoIP is in contact with Spectrum engineers and we will provide more information as it becomes available.
We urge any of our customers who are affected by this issue to make a report to Spectrum Support by calling 1-800-892-4357 or 1-855-757-7328.
