At approximately 12:30pm CDT, PCS VoIP became aware of an issue with one SIP Proxy server.
This issue did not impact active calls in progress, but caused intermittent call failure initiating or receiving new calls.
As of 12:55pm CDT, all of the affected routes have been recovered on a backup SIP Proxy server and all call traffic has been re-routed to the backup SIP Proxy server.
Potential intermittent call failures may still be experienced, but all inbound and outbound calling services are fully restored on the server. Any lingering call failures will resolve for end users momentarily.
If call failure is still experienced, please power cycle SIP phones and attempt outbound calling prior to contacting PCS VoIP support.
