New: Extension Routing Features

Two new settings have been added to the Inbound Dialing Rules for extensions. 

From November 17 - November 25, you will begin to see this new setting appear in your Inbound Dialing Rules for extensions.


    • Call Forward Always (CFA) - If CFA is on, then all other routing rules configured for the extension will be ignored. CFA can be set up to forward calls to an outside number, SIP trunk, extension, or mailbox.
      • Note: CFA overrides DND.
    • Do Not Disturb (DND) - If DND is on, then all calls are automatically sent to the If Busy destination. The Try First, If Not Answered, and If Offline settings are ignored.
