PCS VoIP support hours for February 19, 2018

The PCS VoIP support department will be closing early (3:00pm CST) on Monday, February 19.


We will resume regular operating hours on Tuesday, February 20.


In the rare event of a service outage emergency, you may alert the PCS on-call support team by calling 844-PCS-VoIP and selecting option 5. Calls to this team will receive a response within 2 hours.


All non-emergency requests should be sent to sales@pcsusa.com or support@pcsusa.com and the team will contact you on Tuesday, February 20.
