PCS VoIP calling service restoration update (3:45pm CDT) Oct. 22

We’ve received word from our server engineers that today’s issues with calling services has been resolved.

 

Customers will begin to see full service functionality restored, but this could take up to 30 minutes as engineers are continuing to validate all feature servers.

 

At this time, we do not have any update on when access to the account management portal will be restored.

 

We will continue to post updates as we have additional information to provide.
